The final exam for the Wellness & Health Coach Certification course is a 100 questions (multiple choice and true / false) drawn from a questions pool of 130 questions that are rotated. Each answer is worth 1 point each with a possible 100 points total. You will need 75 points or correct answers to pass (75%). Once you begin the exam you will need to complete it.
Summative Grade for Class Grade:
- Exam. Multiple Choice, True/False, fill in the blank - 100 questions (1 pt each, possible 100 points) 40% of Grade
- Case study - is a written report demonstrating competencie in the use of wellness/health coaching and the use of the wellness mapping 360 method. (possible 100 Pts) 60% of Grade
- Class Attendance, participation, and coach notes completion (Pass/Fail) Class can not be passed with out a completion of this aspect of the class.
