Michelle Lesperance EdD, PCC, NBC - HWC
Michelle Lesperance EdD, ATC, NBC-HWC, PCC has a Doctorate in Education, is a Certified Athletic Trainer, a National Board Certified Coach and a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF. She has been teaching with Real Balance for over 6 years, prior to that she taught at Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC for 14 years. Michelle brings expertise in the areas of accreditation, curriculum development, healthy lifestyle & chronic conditions as well as exercise science to our team. She currently teaches the NBHWC exam preparation course and Foundation Class for Real Balance. She has extensive experience in working with individuals and groups, in the areas of health, wellness, empowerment and happiness.
