2 graded audio recording reviews are needed to apply to the International Coach Federation for their advanced ACC credential. This fee pays for the review of these 2 recordings and the feedback provided to you. The easiest way to gain the ICF credential is by taking the Masterful Wellness and Health Coaching: Advanced Skills & Craft class (28 hours) and the Mentor Coaching Group once you complete the foundation class. This is a requirement to apply to the ICF for their advanced credential. Self-disclosure on the part of the coach can help build the coaching alliance, allow for more disclosure from the client and normalize certain experiences. Yet, when it’s not done well self-disclosure can work against the coaching process instead of for it. Join us to learn how to use self-disclosure effectively in a way that works for you and your client.
