In this 9 hour class you will learn to Improve the effectiveness of your wellness programs by learning and practicing how to target your coaching approach to diverse audiences. This innovative experiential workshop draws upon well-known models from psychology, health education, coaching, and communications to equip you with the competencies you need to deliver culturally sensitive services.
Gain insight from dynamic group conversations about unconscious bias and stereotyping, directiveness in coaching, effective communications, cultural sensitivity and culture-specific values. Share and learn from individual experiences coaching clients with diverse socio-demographic and multicultural background

Eirasmin is a Multicultural Marketing Communications and Insights expert with an in depth understanding of strategic planning processes who creates competitive, innovative and culturally relevant programs. She has more than ten years of experience building brand equity through strategic planning, marketing, media and advertising positions in the U.S. and in Latin America for Fortune 500 brands.
Eirasmin has done Health & Wellness Consulting since 2010 and is an Associate Certified Coach by the ICF, a CPHWC by Real Balance Global Wellness Services and a CWWPM by the National Wellness Institute, among other health & wellness certifications. She is also a Real Balance faculty member and the Founder and Director of the Wellness for Growth Foundation.
