These modules will provide participants with a "Whole Person" view of health and wellbeing and the types of lifestyle behaviors help prevent onset of lifestyle diseases and conditions and support people living health fullfilling lives. Participants will also gain a basic understanding of common chronic diseases and conditions, the causes and treatment of these diseases and conditions and what unhealthy behaviors increase the risk.
