# Professional Wellness & Health Coach Path

**The  Professional Wellness and Health Certification Path** (ICF)
This is a 75 hour, 1 year program that will give you the skills and support to be a great wellness & health coach. You will work with a coach guide to set your schedule and create a growth plan. This best value iswhe you to register for the entire Pprofessional Path as a bundled package. The cost on a class by class basis is (2014) $3,550.00 and it is $3,000.00 when it is bundled and the path is committed to. Enjoy peace of mind, added support, and savings while you gain deep skills.



**Step 1:** Wellness Coach & Health Coach Certification (32 contact hours) *37 ICF approved coach specific training hours*

 **Step 2:** Submit 2 recordings of coaching sessions (actual coach/client sessions or buddy coach sessions). The session must be at least 20 minutes and up to 60 minutes. This recording will be review and written feedback provided by a PCC with the ICF. These recording can also be used to gain your ACC via the portfolio process.

 **Step 3:** Advanced Wellness Coaching Competencies: Practice and Application (20 hours) *23 ICF approved coach specific training hours applied for.*

 **Step 4:** Ten hours of Mentor Coaching with 8 of those hours being in a Mentor Coach Group and 2 individual sessions
