Pre-requisite: “Wellness & Health Coach” Certification or apprived training with another organization.
Mentor Coaching is defined by the ICF as “coaching on coaching competency development of the applicant coach as opposed to coaching for personal development or coaching for business development, although those aspects may happen very incidentally in the coaching for competency development” Offered in a Mentor Coaching Group format containing 7.5 hours of Group Mentor Coaching and 3 Individual Sessions. 2 Letters of reference for your ICF application are included with completion of the Mentor Coaching. This class can be applied to the Professional Wellness & Health Coach Certification path (PWHC).
