This is a Hybrid class with 4 classes and online modules to complete.

February 13, 2025 - March 6, 2025 (Meets 4 Thursdays) 6:00pm – 8:00pm ET - Plus online self-paced work.

Efficient Efficient Coaching: Laser Coaching is Effective Coaching in Time Limited Settings.

Coach to maximize the value of the time you have with your clients.  Learn how to keep clients focused and moving forward, avoiding tangents and dead ends.  Discover how to coach swiftly but never hurry.  Learn how to implement “respectful interruption” and keep clients exploring instead of simply reporting.

 

Educational Outcomes:

• Participants will learn a ten-step process for structuring an effective and efficient wellness coaching session.
• Participants will learn and demonstrate use of 3 laser coaching techniques
• Participants will Learn how to use Laser Coaching skills in 3 models of Laser Coaching

• Successful completion of Distance Learning Modules and Quiz
• Active Participation in 4 webinars
• Successful Laser Coaching Demonstration in class
